We also offer website design and hosting services and an AI chat widget that can be installed on your website. The Services are intended for business use by the businesses that subscribe to Saam Ai and by the callers and visitors who interact with those businesses.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to Saam Ai, including business details and contact information. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program: Saam Ai Appointment & Service Notifications.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Saam Ai and the businesses using our AI phone assistant, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and service or account notifications.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP, or email support@saam4.ai.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages you signed up for.
• Message delivery is subject to carrier availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property
