Who sends these texts

Saam Ai (operated by Valuenest) provides AI phone receptionists to local businesses. Each business has its own dedicated phone number. When you call one of those businesses, its AI receptionist may send you text messages about your appointment from that business's number. Every message names the business it is sent for.

How you agree to receive texts

During your phone call, before any text is sent, the AI receptionist asks:

"Can I text you a confirmation and a reminder at this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime."

Texts are sent only if you say yes. Your answer is recorded with the call, with a timestamp. Agreeing is never a condition of booking — you can book by phone and decline texts.

What you'll receive

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Cancellation or rescheduling notices
• If a call ends without a booking, at most one follow-up offering to help you book

No marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that business. Reply HELP for help, or email support@saam4.ai. Replies you send go to the business that texted you.
